Prizes to be accepted as offered and presented, there are no substitutes.

Prizes have no cash value unless otherwise stated.

Purchasers must be at least 19 years of age. Tickets cannot be purchased in the name of a minor. Tickets must be purchased within the province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

All persons may purchase tickets. However, Staff and Board members of CHHA-NL and their immediate family (defined as spouse and children residing with them) are not eligible to claim/win any prizes.

Pursuant to the regulations governing this lottery under authority of Services NL, Consumer Affairs Division, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, tickets must be purchased within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador.

We, “CHHA-NL” reserve the right to publish names, addresses, and photographs of all winners and or ticket purchasers and retain the right to use such for any, and all promotional purposes for an indefinite period. CHHA-NL does not adhere to PIPEDA.

All disputes will be settled by “The Board” of “CHHA-NL”. All decisions are final.

Our “CHHA-NL” liability is limited to the purchase price of the ticket only, if for any reason the ticket stub is not included in the draw.

Ultimate 50/50 can be purchased online/phone-in only. These purchases have the following options available only per ticket: One (1) 50/50 chance for $10.00 or Three (3) 50/50 chances for $25.00 or Fifteen (15) 50/50 chances for $50.00. This draw will take place on Friday, May 29, 2026. There is a limited number of 500,000 tickets available. If all tickets are sold at the highest ticket price of $10.00 the potential maximum sales could be $5,000,000, the JACKPOT represents exactly half of sales collected therefore the jackpot could be $2,500,000. The winner receives 50% of the actual sales of tickets sold.
